One Account Per Person

1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the 10 jilli platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Requirements
To access the full features of the 10 jilli Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the 10 jilli Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. 10 jilli employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password and update it regularly.
- Never share your login credentials with any third party.
- Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
- Notify 10 jilli support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
10 jilli will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 10 jilli that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 10 jilli may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures. You may be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits to your 10 jilli account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 10 jilli does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used must belong to the registered account holder.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
- Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

- Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank.

4.3 Currency
The 10 jilli Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP. 10 jilli does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, 10 jilli offers bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of this period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
10 jilli reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6 Gameplay Rules

10 Limitation of Liability

12 Amendments to These Terms

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the above process.
